Privacy Policy

Short version: the details you type into the bill of sale form never leave your device. The PDF is created by code running in your browser. We don't receive, store or see names, addresses, VINs or prices you enter.
What we collect
- Form contents: none. They stay in your browser tab and are gone when you close it.
- Contact form: your name, email and message, used only to reply to you.
- Seller Pack purchases (when available): payment is handled by our payment provider; we receive your email, the purchase record and the documents you choose to save or send for e-signature.
- Server logs: our host may keep standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security, for a limited time.
- Analytics: if enabled, we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count page views and button clicks. We never send form contents to analytics.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will ask for consent first.
Saved documents and e-signing (Seller Pack)
If you choose to save a document or send it for e-signature, that document is stored encrypted for up to 12 months so you and the other party can access it, then deleted. You can delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. US state privacy laws (for example in California) may give you additional rights. We don't sell or share personal information for advertising.

This site is not directed to children under 13.
